We’re finalizing the new SFTP integration, planned for launch in November 2025.

This feature will allow automated delivery of downloaded tachograph files directly to your own servers or fleet systems, reducing manual work and simplifying compliance workflows.

* Improved Company Settings layout to clearly separate configuration options for vehicles and drivers. This makes it easier to review and manage automation preferences at a glance.

* Fixed an issue where company card status in Download Monitoring could display “None are online” even though a card was available.
* Fixed several .V1B file format issues to ensure filenames fully comply with EU standards.
* Resolved a problem where a download session could remain stuck if a company card was reported as “already in use” by the same vehicle. Added a timeout mechanism that stops inactive connections after 60 seconds, freeing the card automatically.

* Added the validFrom field to the Company Card GET endpoints, providing more detailed card information.
* Fixed an issue allowing Vehicle quick schedule to be created without specifying a file type.

This month, our team focused on expanding TachoSync’s integration capabilities. We’re preparing new options to connect with external systems through Webhooks and SFTP, enabling automated data exchange and smoother workflows.

* Fixed an issue where smart card readers (PC/SC) were released too early in some cases, causing occasional communication errors.
* Fixed a rare issue where some smart card readers did not retrieve the ATR command correctly.

* Introduced a new Connectivity widget which shows a summary of the connection status of devices or company cards - based on your selection.
* Administrators can now easily locate which sub-company a device belongs to using the new Find Device tool - saving time in large, multi-client environments.
* Added a new repeat option to the schedules - Monthly. When selected, it automatically downloads data for the entire previous month.
* Introduced a new dashboard widget that helps you monitor company card expiration dates. This allows you to take action before a card becomes invalid and disrupts downloads.
