# A schedule is a pre-set plan that automatically downloads tachograph data from your vehicles or drivers at specified times and intervals. By setting a start date, time, and frequency (such as daily), the schedule ensures that data is consistently collected without the need for manual actions.

# Vehicle schedules are located on the Vehicles page, while driver schedules are located on the Drivers page.
#: Since the process is similar on both pages, for this tutorial, select the highlighted “Vehicles” page.
# A schedule can be created and edited in the Schedules window at any time, regardless of whether any vehicles or drivers have been added.
#: Click the highlighted “Schedules” button to continue.
# In this screen, you can create, edit, pause, or remove schedules. The first spot is always reserved for the Global schedule, which cannot be removed.
