Dashboard
Dashboard is the main window for tracking your SIM card data usage and overall account activity. It provides a clear overview of how many SIMs are currently Active (using data) and how many are Available (pre-active or suspended). You can also see total data usage, the number of SMS messages sent, and upcoming SIM suspensions due to data limits or plan expiration.

| SIM cards with expiring Rate Plan validity periods On 5th of August 2025, a general rule was created to inform customers about SIM cards with expiring Rate Plan periods. Customers are notified two months before the Rate Plan expiration date. Notifications are available in the “Dashboard” section and look like this: “date, time This SIM card #ICCID has surpassed the Rule expire SIM”
After the expiration date, the SIM card automatically changes to “Suspended” status.
To continue using the SIM, assign a TOP-up to it. |
