Introduction to Dual SIM functionality
FMB630 is able to operate in DUAL SIM switching mode to minimize the bill accounts for GSM/GPRS services. To use this mode, 2 SIM Operator list enumerated value must be chosen for Profile Change On setting in Global parameters tab after FMB630 is connected to configurator (shown in Figure 49). When DUAL SIM operating mode is set: profile 1 becomes Home, profile 2 becomes SIM 1 Roaming, profile 3 becomes SIM 2 Roaming and profile 4 becomes Unknown Operator. In this chapter the operation and configuration of DUAL SIM mode is presented.
