To do this, enter the configurator window, select the RS232 \ RS485 section displayed in the screenshots below, and configure accordingly (COM1 Settings, Mode “Transcan2 Reefer”, "Touchprint Reefer" or "DataCold Reefer", Baudrate: Default)
