TCT Search

The Telematics Configuration Tool (TCT) brings a new way of finding settings - by introducing a Search option. This new feature allows users to quickly find the necessary settings and parameters without the need of going through various tabs. We believe this will not only help the more experienced customers to setup the device faster but will also greatly assist the new users, who are just starting their journey with Teltonika Telematics devices.

Searching by Keyword

1. At the top of the TCT window, click on the "Search" field, this will open up a new window.
2. In the newly opened window, type anything that you are looking for. In the provided example we type 'APN'. This results in a parameter list which contain the word 'APN'.
3. . Choose the parameter you were looking and click on it - it will direct you to the parameter configuration window.

Search by Parameter ID

Parameter ID are ID's used in SMS commands such as setparam and getparam, but in TCT you can also apply these ID's in configuring parameters using Search functionality.

1. On the top window of TCT, click on the "Search" icon where a window will appear.
2. In the window, search for the Parameter ID you are interested for example 2004 which corresponds to Main Server Domain.
3. Click on the Domain search result and proceed on configuring.

Search by History

1. On the top window of TCT, click on the "Search" icon where a window will appear.
2. In the window, all the recent search will appear.
3. Select the Setting you want to configure for example Fota Web and proceed on configuring.
