How to know if my Teltonika Configurator Version is suitable for my device? Please check the Teltonika device Model & Firmware version. Each should match with Teltonika Configurator version. Find the optimal Teltonika Configurator version in the external link provided. If the version you require is not available in the Configurator versions page, contact your sales representitive.

My device is detected as "NotSupported" You are using a wrong Teltonika Configurator version. This mainly happen when a device technology change is done GSM/UMTS/LTE. Update the device firmware and download the dedicated configuration version.

What does upper buttons do? Load from device: Allows user to read the current device configuration

Load from file: Allows user to open a configuration file for Teltonika devices saved in PC or external HDD

Save to device: Allows user to save the recently developed configuration into Teltonika device

Save to file: Allows user to save the recently developed configuration into a PC or External HDD folder

Update firmware: Allows user to upgrade or downgrade the device firmware version

Read records: Allows user to read all the record from a Teltonika device to a file

Reset configuration: Writte the initial configuration into device ignoring a saved or loaded one

Reboot device: Apply a reboot over device.

My configuration version which i'm trying to upload do not mach my device A Configuration file must be develop by Firmware version & Teltonika device. If an uncompatibility error pops up, a Firmware & Hardware difference must be happening Make sure to find the correct configurators version and Firmware verions according your project:

Make sure new configurator version matches your device firmware branch.

How Do I know my configuration is saved? Teltonika Configurator pops up a small window with notification of saved configuration. You can confirm it saving again - "nothing to save" advice should appear  

Also disconnect & connect it again. The configuration will show automatically.
