Universal beacons

General feature description
1. Beacon list expanded to 50 ID‘s
2. Added universal beacons configuration table
From now on device detects any beacon type as configured in table, for example this configuration is set to detect iBeacon and EddyStone Beacons, also with additional data(in this case whole packet).
