Major version update to 4.0.0

With the release of version 04.00.00, we have refined the downgrade rules. Devices upgraded to firmware version 04.00.00 and above cannot be downgraded to any earlier versions (03.xx.xx or below). This measure ensures compatibility and stability with the new features and improvements introduced.
