Dashboard

Dashboard is the main window for tracking your SIM card data usage and overall account activity. It provides a clear overview of how many SIMs are currently Active (using data) and how many are Available (pre-active or suspended). You can also see total data usage, the number of SMS messages sent, and upcoming SIM suspensions due to data limits or plan expiration.

Latest Events
The Latest Events section provides a log of important actions or system changes related to your SIM cards. This includes events such as a SIM card reaching data limit, expiration date, or when a custom rule (defined by the user) has been triggered. It helps you track activity across your SIM fleet and respond to potential issues early.

Notifications
The Notifications section shows real-time alerts when specific actions occur on your SIM cards. These include updates when a SIM is activated, suspended or retired, as well as changes to individual services like Data, SMS Mobile Terminated (MT), or SMS Mobile Originated (MO) Services. This allows you to stay informed about the current operational state of your SIM cards.

Inventory Graph
The inventory graph displays the number of SIM cards associated with your organization, categorized by their current status. While several states may appear, the primary ones are:
  • Active – The SIM card is currently or has previously been active and using data.
  • Pre-Active – The SIM card is provisioned and waiting for the device to connect to the network. Once connected, it will automatically switch to Active status.
  • Suspended – Data services are temporarily disabled. The SIM card will remain in this state until it is reactivated.
  • Retired – The SIM card is permanently disabled. This status is typically used to block lost or compromised SIM cards and prevent any further data usage. Important: Once a SIM card is set to Retired, its status cannot be changed back to any other state.
