To access SIM cards and utilize Teltonika Data Rate Plans, both the organization and the user must be registered under Teltonika Telematics organization. Please contact Teltonika Support to fully setup your account.

Data Plans and Coverage

Teltonika Global

  • Data Allowance - 500 MB
  • Validity - 5 Years
  • Coverage - Global
  • Number of Countries - 130+

Teltonika Global Lite

  • Data Allowance - 100 MB
  • Validity - 1 Years
  • Coverage - Selected Global
  • Number of Countries - 45

Pan-American Plan

  • Data Allowance - 150 MB
  • Validity - 1 Years
  • Coverage - Pan-American Region
  • Number of Countries - 16

User Roles

Once you’ve accessed the 1GLOBAL platform, you can manage access for your team by creating additional user accounts via the users page. This allows others within your organization to view and control SIM cards associated with your account.

There are two types of roles that can be assigned:

  • Tech User
    Grants full access to platform features.
    • Suspending or retiring SIM cards
    • Assigning new rate plans
    • Creating and managing automation rules
  • User
    View-only access.
    • Monitor data usage
    • View SIM details such as assigned plan and GSM number
    • Access general information for support or reporting purposes

Organization Structure

At this time, a company hierarchy or multi-level account structure is not supported within the platform. All users operate within a single, shared environment under the main account. This streamlined setup helps ensure faster onboarding and simplified management for teams of any size.
