AVL/PARAMETER ID UPDATES
1. Updated parameter list for OBD devices. Added accelerometer features parameters, split Bluetooth parameters into two sections: Bluetooth and Bluetooth 4.0, added iBeacon list parameters. Also updated OBD parameters template with OEM Total Mileage and OEM Fuel Level parameters:
