2021.04.30: Product packing box identification/marking changes

We would like to inform you, that Teltonika products packing boxes will be marked by direct printing on its technology, instead of printing on the sticker, starting from the 19th week of 2021.

Detailed description	Packing box sticker will be replaced by direct printing on box technology. Information will remain the same.

Change reasons	To improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability and to have more eco-friendly packages.
Product release date	New packaging box marking will be released in manufacturing from the 19th week (middle of May) of 2021, with 4-6 weeks of transition period. Over this period package can be delivered with the old version sticker as well as a package with the new direct printing technology.

Change impact
Risk assessment	Clients’ special-order codes with special boxes will be changed on clients’ demand.
Suggested implementation plan	If you are using special box version and would like an upgrade it to new, please contact your Teltonika Telematics sales manager. Due to changes in package marking appearance we recommend contacting your customs agent with our change notification information, to avoid any unexpected delays in the customs clearance process.

Acknowledgement of PCN receipt
If no feedback is received within two weeks after the issue date of this notification - Teltonika may accept that this change has been tacitly accepted and can implement the change as indicated above
