2024 January: Bluetooth® symbol added on laser engraving

Teltonika Telematics, UAB became an Adopter member of the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (Bluetooth SIG), which allows the use of published Bluetooth® wireless specifications and Bluetooth® trademarks. The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are registered trademarks owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc. Any use of these marks by Teltonika Telematics, UAB is under license.

For this reason, Teltonika Telematics, UAB will add the Bluetooth® symbol on the company products with the Bluetooth® technology laser engravings.

Detailed description	The example of TFT100 device laser engraving. All Teltonika Telematics devices with the Bluetooth® technology are going to be gradually updated in the same way.

Change reasons	As Teltonika Telematics, UAB joined the Bluetooth SIG Adopter membership, the Bluetooth® symbol is added in the laser engravings of the company’s devices.
Release date	The updated laser engravings of standard Teltonika Telematics design will be implemented in January 2024, allowing the transition period of 4-6 weeks. During this period, devices may be delivered with the old Teltonika Telematics laser engraving design.

2023 December: Updated Teltonika Telematics product packing boxes

We are dedicated to continuously improving our products to provide you with the best possible experience. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to inform you about the recent updates to our product packaging.

2023 October: Product ECO packing box identification/marking changes

We would like to inform you that Teltonika Telematics is going to update printed information on the ECO boxes. Therefore, customers will receive boxes with printed QR link to the Quick manual.

We would like to inform that you might receive FMx devices with different GSM/LTE antenna bridge color (except FMX64, FMM00A, FMX13A, FMB003, FMB020, FMB002, FMP100)

Change reasons	Some of the devices will be produced with antenna which color might be different from previous batches. Some of the antennas during production might change color to gold/brass shade.

2022 February: QR codes replace printed packing lists

We would like to inform you that Teltonika Telematics is going to replace printed packing lists with QR codes available on the packaging boxes.

2021.10.03 - 2021.10.10: Product ECO packing box identification/marking changes

We would like to inform you, that from October 3rd to 10th, the packaging robot will be upgraded in production, which will temporarily make it impossible to use the box press printer. As a result, all boxes made on those days will have a sticker printed and affixed instead of a print. Therefore, customers can receive packages with a sticker instead of a print for some time.

2021.07.16: Hardware change

We would like to inform you about the hardware change for FMx devices (except FMX64) starting from September of 2021.

Risk assessment	Current CE and E-mark certificates are valid. Also, current purchase codes remain the same.
Suggested implementation plan	No special actions are needed for the devices used with base FW, devices will arrive from factory with the latest FW which supports new Flash memory component. Flash memory size remains 128 MB. For the clients that are using Spec. FW, more detailed information will be provided directly

2021.04.30: Product ECO packing box identification/marking changes

We would like to inform you, that Teltonika products ECO packing boxes will be marked by direct printing on its technology, instead of printing on the sticker, starting from the 19th week of 2021.

Change reasons	To improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability and to have more eco-friendly packages.
Product release date	New ECO packaging box marking will be released in manufacturing from the 19th week (middle of May) of 2021, with 4-6 weeks of transition period. Over this period package can be delivered with the old version sticker as well as a package with the new direct printing technology.

Change impact
Risk assessment	Clients’ special-order codes with special boxes will be changed on clients’ demand.
Suggested implementation plan	If you are using special box version and would like an upgrade it to new, please contact your Teltonika Telematics sales manager. Due to changes in package marking appearance we recommend contacting your customs agent with our change notification information, to avoid any unexpected delays in the customs clearance process.
