General Questions
- What are the Operating Systems supported by TCT?
The current TCT version is compatible with Windows OS. TCT does not support Mac OS, Linux, or other OS platforms at the moment, for more information please check our Minimum System Requirements page.
- Is TCT a web-based tool? Or a desktop application tool?
The current TCT-released version is for desktops. The web-based version is already in development and will be released soon.
- Is TCT going to support the mobile platform?
Not at the moment.
- Which devices does TCT Supports?
TCT supports Teltonika Telematics devices
- Are there any plans to support Autonomous devices in TCT?
No, Autonomous devices developed by former Teltonika Mobility won’t be supported in TCT.
- Which Firmware version does TCT Support?
TCT will support only current platform devices with base firmware 03.27.13.Rev.03 and higher.
- Does TCT support Special/Custom/Experimental Firmware?
Special/Custom firmware will be added gradually. Experimental and Test firmware won’t be supported. The client can still use the old configurator for Test and Experimental firmware.
- Does TCT support configuration through Bluetooth ?
TCT does not support configuration through Bluetooth, only cable connection.
