1. Make sure Data Protocol is set to Codec 8 Extended

2. In RS232 \ RS485 settings tab, make sure to choose DualCam to COM1/COM2 settings, and set the required baudrate.

3. Make sure to change I/O camera state Priorities to Low in I/O Settings

4. As soon as DualCam is selected, COM1 Camera and Camera I/O settings tabs will appear in the configurator menu.
