Default Parameters Values Update in 03.29.00 firmware versions

Starting from firmware version 03.29.00.Rev.04 default values of some parameters were updated to provide more comfortable out of the box solution for all clients. List of parameter changes:

Removal of I/O elements' "Send SMS To" and "SMS Text" parameters in 03.29.00 firmware versions

Starting from firmware version 03.29.00.Rev.00 seperate "Send SMS To" and "SMS Text" parameters that were used for each of I/O elements and Manual Geofence were removed due to implemented rework. Newest iteration of "SMS Events" functionality now has seperate section with new options to configure preferred SMS Events and their text. Functionality changes defined in wiki page SMS events
