*Is when the link between {{{model|FMB1YX}}} and AVL application is open. If {{{model|FMB1YX}}} has already sent all records and the link is open then waits for the new records before closing the link timeout.
*It means that the link ("Bridge between device and server") is opened for set time to send records from the device to the server. If there were not a lot of records and all of the records were sent before if the link is still open and it waits for the new records before closing up again. If new records are generated during the timeout and reaches the minimum count of records then it sends the records to the server thus GSM operator charges less for the link activation.
