Snippet:OutputsPhrase — renders the device-specific digital-output phrase from the device's douts count. Single-source snippet reused by any feature that references outputs (the pinout-variation case). E.g. douts=1 → "Digital Output 1"; douts=3 → "Digital Output 1, 2 or 3".
